In fact, sport injury can be avoided through the exercise risk assessment and the implementation of the effective measures for the characteristics of regular injuries and the weak points of each project. These measures include warm-ups, strength training, coordination training, body sensory training, exercise control training, stretching, retinaculum-aided, ice compress, etc. The implementation of these measures is expected to improve the athletic ability, enrich the training content and avoid injuries.
